The Constitution
Preamble
Being aware of that from time immemorial the mere existence of the people of Ciguria has been concealed from the world; being aware of that the cigurian people has ever since been debard form the access to and the participation of the benefits of the international community; being aware of that the people of Ciguria are willing to share their very own achievements with every other nation to their welfare, Ciguria as the Autonomska Rpulska Zigurska proclaims the following constitution.
Constitution of the Autonomska Rpulska Zigurska
First Eighth
Ciguria is a state of mind; its legitimacy and power are resting on the root of cichorium intybus var. sativum. Therefor Ciguria is transnational having its epicentre in the borderland inbetween France and Romania.
Second Eighth
Besides cichorium inybus var. sativum cichorium known as “Wegwarte” as well as chicoree as former´s not unfolded leafs are integral parts of the Cigurian identity.
Third Eighth
Citizen of the Cigurian people is any person regardless of her origin, race, colour, religion, sexual predictions as well as gender or social status, who is esteemed by the Cigurian community for her genuine Cigurian conduct. The membership to the Cigurian people is no matter of heredity and cannot be alienated, too.
Fourth Eighth
The people of Ciguria deny the decimal system of counting. Every measure is based on the proportion of seven eighths; the square root of this fraction is the number Zi counting 0,9354144 and is of no further mathematical importance as long as not being multiplied by itself and being taken eight times, which makes seven again.
Fifth Eighth
Ciguria in its primary quality as a state of mind renounces any territorial title to other nations. Nevertheless Ciguria is whereever one or more members of the people of Ciguria are. As “Dractor Zigurska” these members represent the legitimate interests of Ciguria in foreign affairs and are under diplomatic protection.
Sixth Eighth
The legitimate interests of Ciguria are subject to international law and therefore contain political, economical and cultural rights, as there are:
The integrity of Cigurian peculiarity where it may occur; this means particularly the free and unhindered representation of Cigurian points of view and comprehensions both private and public even in case these Cigurian views deviate form one of each other (divergentija zigurksa).
The extensive protection of any designation like “Original Cigurian”, “Cigurian Product”, “…from Ciguria”, “Made in Ciguria” and “Kwalitatsje Zigurska” in the production of and trade with goods and services whereever these are being manufactured, performed and/or offered.
The inviolable right of practising Cigurian customs, the right of the creation and unhindered publication of cultural works of Cigurian character, particularly of poetry, performing or creative arts, music and dance. It is the “Dractor Zigurska” to decide what is meant by Cigurian customs and cultural works of Cigurian character.
Seventh Eighth
As well as Ciguria requests the nations to respect its peculiarity and to acknowledge its political, economic, cultural and scientific achievements, as well the “Autonomska Rpulska Zigurska” steps forward the family of nations and is amically and benevolently willing to give a helping hand to build within equal rights a peaceful and manifold world of meaning, weh both spiritual and material, and of social rightousness.
